There is one puzzle which is circulating on internet, intiall shared by Indian cricketer Dinesh Karthik. People are giving it a try, but comming up with a wrong answer.

Before jumping to the solution, check if your answer is correct or not.

Solution

Let us assume few things.

- Shoe

- Popcorn

- Man

Equation 1: there are 6 Shoe in first equation.

6 x Shoe = 30

Shoe = 5

Equation 2: there are 2 Shoe and 2 Men

2 x Man + 2 x Shoe = 20

2 x Man + 2 x 5 = 20

2 x Man = 20 - 10

2 x Man = 10

Man = 5

Equation 3: there are 4 Popcorn and 1 Man

4 x Popcorn + 1 x Man = 13

4 x Popcorn + 1 x 5 = 13

2 x Popcorn = 13 - 5

2 x Popcorn = 8

Popcorn = 2
